TERMS OF SALE
Dammam Palace Hotel takes the utmost care in passing on offers and promotion. We make every effort to update our website as soon as we receive new information about these offers. Nevertheless, all offers are subject to modification by the hotels without prior notice.
Images – We try to ensure that the images displayed on the Dammam Palace Hotel website actually correspond to the services offered by the hotels. That said, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. Images are provided in order to give users an idea of the types of service being offered.
CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You can cancel your booking by clicking on the link at the end of your booking confirmation email and follow the instructions displayed on-screen.
If your booking includes booking fees, please be advised that these cannot be reimbursed.
As soon as you realize you need to cancel, we advise you to do so as quickly as possible.
Cancellation fees
• As soon as booking is made, 100% of the booking amount is charged and non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation, if you paid all or part of the booking online, this amount will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees (except for non-refundable offers).
• Pay attention: this price includes cancellation and prepayment strict conditions. Your reservation can not be changed or cancelled and in case of cancellation, the amount already paid will not be refunded. VAT included.
• The Hotel does not accept any cheque/s.
Hotel room images do not necessarily correspond to the layout of the room you reserved. Please contact us directly if you would like to know the actual layout of your room.
Equipment and descriptions – We try to ensure that services, equipment and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date. That said, this information comes directly from the hotel, so we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. This information is provided in order to give you an idea of the types of service available.
Additional beds – There may be an additional charge associated with adding a bed. Please contact our Reservations Department using our online contact form for more details. If you are travelling with children, please contact us to get the most appropriate rates.
Breakfast – Breakfast is not included, unless otherwise indicated. Some hotels may add additional local fees.
TAX
The rates for the rooms do not include 5% VAT. The prices are only valid for individual bookings, not groups and/or special event. Local tax may be charged at check-in.
CHECK-IN TIME / CHECK-OUT TIME
You will be able to check in to your room from the time indicated in the booking procedure.
On the day of your check-out, you must leave the room no later than the time shown below. Staying in the room any later than this may result in you being charged an extra night.
We advise you to use the “Comments or additional information” box on the booking form to specify your estimated check-in time, especially if you think it may be late.

PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION OF THE BOOKING
Payment for your hotel reservation depends on the conditions specific to each hotel. Payment can be made in various ways depending on the rate type: deposit made upon reservation with the balance due on-site at the hotel or total amount due on-site at the hotel. In the box below, you will find the amount of money that you will need to pay in order to confirm and guarantee your booking.
Should the payment must be made with one of card below, via our secure online pages. Your credit card details will be encrypted with 128-bit SSL (Secured Socket Layer) technology. Your credit card details will never be transmitted over the internet without being encrypted.

Any extras (bar, telephone, etc.) not specifically stated as being included in the rate are to be paid on-site.
To verify which payment rules apply to your hotel reservation, either refer to the “payment summary” step when you make your reservation or to your confirmation email.
Your payment will be collected on our website directly by the hotel. Rest assured, we never save your credit card information. It is sent directly to the hotel through a secure link. The hotel requires you to pay applicable local taxes. These charges are listed on the summary page of your order. They are subject to modification without prior notice.
During the hotel reservation procedure, we give you the opportunity to indicate any “special requests” you may have. We will communicate and follow up on your requests with the hotel, but we cannot guarantee they will be granted.
PAYMENT AND BILLING CURRENCY
Estimated total cost of room, taxes, service charges and applicable package inclusions. Estimated total cost does not include airport transfers or requested amenities. Actual taxes, service charges, levies and surcharges are calculated upon check-out and are subject to change without notice. Extra person/extra bed charges are additional to the rates displayed unless otherwise noted.
